Kelly Burns, President

Kelly leads the creation, development, and overall strategy for CultureID.

Driven by excellence and fueled by coffee, she takes pride in providing the best user experience possible so companies can provide the best culture possible for their employees.

On weekends, you can usually find Kelly outdoors biking, hiking, or running with her family of four humans and one beloved dog.

Don Rheem, Founder & CEO

Don is passionate about using science-backed research to help organizations build engaged, high-performance cultures.

He is a renowned speaker and the author of Thrive By Design: The Neuroscience that Drives High-Performance Cultures (Forbes). He lays out the neurological underpinnings of human behavior in the workplace.

Rheem brings his experience as a former science advisor to both Congress and the Executive Branch. He was a White House correspondent and Washington DC bureau chief.

Laurie Nappi, Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations

Laurie develops relationships with our clients through the sales process.

She works with each client to thoughtfully create a customized strategy to increase engagement across the organization.

Laurie brings 20+ years of project management experience to E3 Solutions, overseeing the firm's day-to-day operations.

When not on the job, Laurie enjoys being outdoors, camping with her family, and riding a motorcycle with her husband.

Laura Mitchell, Manager, Engagement Services

Laura loves digging in with clients to help them through every step of the survey process - from the pre-survey prep to communicating results.

Her dedication ensures clients can improve their cultures armed with robust CultureID results.

Beyond work, Laura enjoys going on long walks with her husband and volunteering in the community with her three daughters.

Rebecca Hantman, Senior Director of Content & Communication

Rebecca has a profound interest in human behavior and dedicates her time with E3 to researching and writing about what conditions create an optimal workplace for employees.

Outside of work, Rebecca coaches competitive gymnastics and enjoys quality time with her family in Washington, DC.
