This award recognizes top-tier organizations and celebrates the significant intentional commitment of leaders organization-wide who work tirelessly to foster an environment that attracts and honors high-performers and deeply engaged employees.

Awarded to:

Organizations that receive a 3.45-4.0 on their overall engagement score, representing the top 10% of our companies.

Great Company Culture

In recognition of a healthy company culture as a result of intentional leadership across the organization.  

 

This award recognizes organizations who foster a thriving environment for employees by attending to the true drivers of human behavior, such as strong relationships, consistency, and accountability.

Awarded to:

Organizations that receive a 3.30-3.44 on their overall engagement score, representing the top third of our companies.

Elite Leadership

In recognition of elite leadership skills that model the key drivers of human behavior.  

 

This award recognizes top-tier supervisors and celebrates exemplary leadership that has a significant and positive impact on individual team members and the organization as a whole.

Awarded to:

Supervisors  who receive between a 3.6-4.0 on their team’s overall engagement score.

Great Leadership

In recognition of advanced leadership skills that model the key drivers of human behavior. 

 

This award celebrates supervisors who clearly demonstrate intentional leadership practices which have a positive impact on individual team members and the organization as a whole.

Awarded to:

Supervisors who receive between a 3.45-3.59 on their team’s overall engagement score.

About The Excellence In Culture Award

The Excellence In Culture Award celebrates organizations and individual managers that demonstrate measurable success in fostering an environment where employees look forward to coming to work. 

Based directly on employee responses, our award recipients have successfully cultivated meaningful connections inside the workplace and offer their employees strong relationships, high accountability, clear alignment, consistent communication, and full capability to work and perform at their best.

Criteria for Awards:

  • CultureID survey must be conducted for the entire company

 

Company Culture Award

  • Overall engagement score of 3.30 or above

  • At least 10 participants and at least 75% participation

Leadership Award

  • Team overall engagement score of 3.45 or above

  • At least 4 participants and at least 75% participation
